Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment for the course. Partial payments or installments, if offered, will be specified separately in writing at the time of enrollment.

Full payment must be received before the course start date. Access to live sessions, course material, and recordings will not be granted until payment is complete.

Fees, once quoted and paid, are subject to the Refund Policy set out below. The Academy may revise fees for future batches at its discretion. Fees for a batch already enrolled and paid for will not change.

Refund Policy

All course fees are strictly non-refundable once payment has been made, regardless of the number of sessions attended.

No refund, part-refund, or credit will be issued for missed sessions, early withdrawal, change of mind, or discontinuation of the course by the Student for any reason.

If the Academy cancels a course entirely before it commences, a full refund will be issued to the Student, or the Academy may offer a transfer to another batch or course at its discretion.

Instructor Allocation

Instructors are assigned by the Academy based on batch scheduling, expertise, and availability. Students cannot request, choose, or demand a specific instructor at the time of enrollment or during the course.

The Academy may change or reassign an instructor for any batch, with reasonable prior notice where possible. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Sessions Attendance and Recordings

All classes are conducted live via Zoom according to the fixed schedule shared at enrollment. Missed live sessions cannot be retaken, rescheduled, or repeated on an individual basis. Students who miss a session must refer to its recording for the content covered.

Session recordings are available to enrolled students for personal reference for the duration specified by the Academy. Access may be withdrawn after the course concludes or after a stated retention period.

The Academy is not responsible for temporary technical issues involving internet connectivity, Zoom outages, or devices that affect a live session. Reasonable efforts will be made to resolve or reschedule an issue that originates from the Academy's end.

Intellectual Property and Recording Usage

All session recordings, course material, worksheets, and content provided by the Academy are the intellectual property of the Academy and or its instructors, protected under applicable copyright law.

Recordings and course material are licensed to the Student for personal, non-commercial learning use only. Students must not copy, download for redistribution, share, upload, sell, republish, rebrand, or otherwise make any recording or course material available to a third party.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or republishing may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund and legal action for copyright infringement, including a claim for damages.

Code of Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct with instructors and fellow students during live sessions and in any group or community channels.

The Academy may remove a student from a course without refund in cases of misconduct, harassment, repeated disruption of classes, or breach of these Terms.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Academy

The Academy may reschedule individual sessions, change the schedule, or in exceptional circumstances cancel a batch, with prior notice wherever possible.

Where a batch is cancelled by the Academy after commencement, fees will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis for sessions not yet delivered, or the Academy may offer a transfer to another batch at the Student's option.

Limitation of Liability

The Academy makes no guarantee of specific learning outcomes, skill level attained, or performance results, as these depend on individual effort and practice.

The Academy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in a course, technical disruptions, or third-party platform issues.

Changes to These Terms

The Academy may update these Terms from time to time. Continued enrollment or participation in a course after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
